Accessing the Client Portal
Our client portal ties together our billing system, ticketing system, projects and more. It gives you a way to share files and passwords, pay invoices, download receipts and more.
You have to be invited before you can log in. If we have not yet sent you an invitation, email support@chroma-marketing.com and ask us to send you an invitation. Once you have an invitation, you can follow the link to create a password. Keep track of the password - we won't know what that is.
In the top right corner, click Client Portal.
Login
Once you're logged in you'll see the Dashboard. See Image 1 below.
- Your name is in the top right corner - use that to change your password or to log out.
- Your Company name and logo on on the left side.
- Some users belong to more than one company. If that's the case, you can select the company name.
- Tickets - these are tickets that have been closed.
- NOTE: You don't need to login to create tickets. You can create a ticket by emailing support@chroma-marketing.com or by visiting our Support Center.
- Website Projects - for projects to create a new website or redesign a website.
- Design Projects - provides a tool to communicate about and approve logos, business cards, signage, and other digital or printed pieces.
- Content Marketing - for customers who have ongoing Content projects like blogs or newsletters.
- Advertising - for Google or Social advertising clients.
- Billing
- Invoices appear here (for subscriptions, tickets, etc). You can download PDFs of the invoices and paid invoices, make a payment. See Image 2 Below.
- If an invoice is "Sent" or "Overdue" you can click the Details button (eye icon) on it to make a payment. See Image 3 Below.
- Payment statement shows the method of payment
- Subscriptions show My Plans that list any subscriptions you have with Chroma (Email, Website Hosting, Advertising, etc.) The receipts can be found under Billing/Invoices.
- Share or View Files - this is the same as the button on the dashboard. It takes you to a file structure with files or folders - either those we've uploaded for you or those you've uploaded for us. This is a great way to share pictures. (See Image 4 Below.)
- Share Passwords - a secure way to share passwords with us.
- Company Profile - keep you address, phone, billing information current.
