Clearing your Browser Cache

HOW TO CLEAR BROWSER CACHE (COMPUTER)

Clearing cache forces the browser to download fresh versions of website files and often fixes display or login issues. Clearing cookies/site data may sign users out of websites.

GOOGLE CHROME

Steps:
1. Click the three-dot menu (top right)
2. Go to History > Clear browsing data
3. Choose a time range (All time recommended)
4. Check "Cached images and files"
5. Click Clear data

MOZILLA FIREFOX

Steps:
1. Open Settings
2. Select Privacy & Security
3. Under Cookies and Site Data click Clear Data
4. Select Cached Web Content
5. Confirm

Steps:
1. Click the three-dot menu
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Privacy, search, and services
4. Under Clear browsing data click Choose what to clear
5. Select Cached images and files
6. Click Clear now

SAFARI (MAC)

Clear history and site data:
1. Click History
2. Select Clear History
3. Choose timeframe
4. Click Clear History

Empty cache only:
1. Safari > Settings > Advanced
2. Enable "Show Develop menu"
3. Click Develop > Empty Caches
