Downloading Past Invoices
Invoices/Receipts are Emailed
You should receive notification when invoices for subscriptions or invoices set for autopay are charged to your credit card. The emails are sent from billing-department@chroma-marketing.com. These are automated emails, so it's possible that your email system may reject them. Consider adding billing-department@chroma-marketing.com to your "safe list", "white list", or "allowed list". Contact your email provider for details on how to do that.
Accessing Invoices/Receipts through our Client Portal
Through our portal, you can download and print any invoices (after you were moved to Zoho Billing, our newer billing system). You cannot access invoices from the older Bill & Pay System.
- Go to https://chroma-marketing.com
- Click Client Portal in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and password and login.
- NOTE: you can only access the portal by invitation. If we have not sent you the invitation email yet, contact us at support@chroma-marketing.com.
- If you had been invited, but don't remember your Password, click Forgot Password and you'll receive an email to reset your password.
- Go to Billing, then Invoices
- Click an Invoice number and it will open in a new tab.
- Click to download or print the invoice.
- If you want another invoice, return to the previous tab and click another.
