If this is a new install of Outlook, when you first start it, it will ask for your email address and password and will set up the account.

If you already have Outlook installed, , go to File and Info to see the Account information. Then either click to Add Account or go to Account Settings to add a new account.

Once you add account, the Outlook box (show below) will appear and spin for a minute before asking you to enter the email address, then the password.

That's it - after that you should be able to see your email.
