Resetting Your Password in Enom Central

Resetting Your Password in Enom Central

In the past, Chroma was able to reset your password when needed.  But Enom doesn't permit that any longer.  We'll need you to reset your password.

Go to EnomCentral.com and click My Account to get started. Click Sign In

Click Forgot Password

Enter Your Login ID and continue.  (We can provide you with the LoginID)

Enter Your Secret Question. Chances are you don't know that (and didn't initially set it up) and we can supply you that info as well.

We'll also give you a heads up on the email address that the password reset will be sent to.  The email comes from donotreply@name-services.com  (You may need to make certain this address is whitelisted in your email)

Once you receive the email, you have 1 hour to click the Choose a New Password button in the email.

That's it!  Once you enter the new password (twice) and reset it, you can login from there.
